CBSE Board Result 2025
The board will announce the CBSE 10th exam result 2025 through online mode. The result will be provided to schools and students from May 2025. Students will be able to get their marksheets from their respective schools.
Students should take a print copy of it for further reference. The official CBSE class 10 result 2025 card is provided by the school. Candidates will have to enter their roll number, school code number, etc. to check the result.

As per the table, in 2014 a total of 1,327,250 students were appeared in the examination. The passing percentage for this year is 98.74%.
In 2015, the passing percentage of the qualified students were decreased, i.e. 97.32%.
In 2016, a total of 1,491,293 students were sitting in the class 10th examination out of which only 1,434,772 students were passed the examination.
As compared to last three years, in 2017 the total numbers of students in the examination are increasing. Total 16,59,558 students appeared in the examination.
In year 2018, a total of 16,246,82 students appeared for exam & overall 97.32%of students got qualified.
In year 2019, total 17, 61, 078 students appeared in exam and 91.1% of students qualified for the exam. Girls’ passing percentage was 92.45, higher than boys’ 90.14%.
In year 2024, a total of 2,238,827 students have appeared in examination, out of which 2,095,467 candidates have passed the exam.

Students must follow the given steps to check the CBSE 10th Result 2025:
- Open the official website link (link will be given above).
- Click on the link.
- The result page will be opened on the computer screen.
- Now, fill in your “Roll Number”, “Date of Birth”, “School Number” and “Admit Card Number”.
- Then, click on the “Submit” button.
- The result is displayed on the screen.
- Download it.
- Take a printout of the result for future use.

How to Calculate CGPA for CBSE Class 10th Result
CGPA (Cumulative Grade Points Average) is the average of grade points get into all the subjects excluding 6th additional subject as per Scheme of Studies.
Formula to calculate overall CGPA:
CGPA = Sum of Grade Points (main 5 subjects) divided by 5
Calculate percentage from CGPA, simply multiply it with 9.5 such as:
CGPA = 9.4, overall percentage is: 9.4 x 9.5 = 89.3 % Marks.
After Checking CBSE 10th Result 2025
Candidates are advised to download & take a printout of their class 10th CBSE result. Also, collect the original marksheet whenever it becomes available on their school premises.
In case any candidate gets a compartment or improvement in their result, they must apply for an improvement exam. It is held a few months after the result declaration. Qualified students must apply for admission in class 11th in their desired stream.
