- SRMHCAT Application Form 2025 has been made available from 4th November 2024.
- The application form for SRMHCAT 2025 can be filled by candidates through online mode only.
- Candidates have to register themselves by entering their basic and communicational details.
- Candidates must meet the required eligibility criteria prior to filling the application form.
- Applicants are advised to fill their form carefully, as any errors in application form will lead to rejection.

- No application correction facility is provided after the submission of application form.
- Upload scanned copies of necessary documents such as Photographs, Signatures, and any other supporting documents as specified in application form.

SRMHCAT 2025 Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must satisfy following SRMHCAT Eligibility Criteria 2025 before applying for exam:
For B.Tech (CSE):
- Qualification: Applicants must have completed 10+2 exam or its equivalent from a recognised university/ institution.
- Subjects: Pass the qualifying examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with any one of Chemistry/ Biology/ Biotechnology/ CS/ IT/ IP/ Engineering Graphics/ Agriculture/ Technical Vocational subject/ Engineering Graphics/ Agriculture/ Business studies.
- Marks Criteria: In the qualifying examination, one must obtain at least of 50% marks in above subjects taken together.
For MBA:
- Qualification: Candidate who is a holder of Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognised university/ institution are eligible.
- Marks Criteria: A minimum of 50% marks must be achieved in qualifying exam.
- Scores: Applicants must have a valid scorecard of SRMHCAT/ CAT/ MAT/ CMAT/ NMAT entrance exam and Interview.
For BCA:
- Qualification: Candidates must have qualified 10+2 or its equivalent exam from a recognised board or university OR
- Applicants who have completed a 3 years diploma course or any other exam after SSC (10th) recognised by SBTE will be eligible.
- Subjects: Applicants must have English as one of the core subjects in 10+2 examination.
- Marks Criteria: One must have obtained a minimum of 50% marks in the qualifying exam.
SRMHCAT 2025 Exam Pattern

- Exam mode: Exam will be conducted through online CBT mode.
- Duration: Candidates will be provided 2 hours 30 minutes to solve the paper.
- Type of Questions: In the examination, MCQs (Multiple choice questions) will be asked.
- Number of Questions: A total of 100 questions will be given in paper.
- Medium of Paper: Exam will be conducted in English language only.
- Marking scheme: For every correct response, 3 marks will be awarded to candidates and 1 mark will be deducted for each incorrect response.

SRMHCAT 2025 Admit Card
After the completion of application process, the university will release the admit card for download. To download SRMHCAT Admit Card 2025, candidates have to login on the website. Hall tickets will be made available in month of July 2025 through online mode.
The university will issue the hall tickets successfully for the registered candidates only. The admit card will contain name, photograph and other personal details along with important instructions for exam day. Candidates will be intimated through mail or SMS regarding publication of hall tickets.
SRMHCAT 2025 Result
SRMHCAT Result 2025 will be declared by university few days after the completion of exam. Applicants will have to enter their login credentials to check or download their results. The result will be declared by university in month of August 2025.
The university will also release the scorecard of SRMHCAT 2025 after the declaration of result. Those candidates who will successfully qualify the exam will get their names listed in the merit list. Only shortlisted candidates will be considered eligible for participation in further admission process.
SRMHCAT 2025 Cut Off
