KIITEE 2025 Registration Process

Go through the complete instructions before filling the KIIT University 2025 Application Form:

• The application form of KIIT University 2025 is made available through online & offline mode.
• Applicants are able to apply for admission in UG & PG courses at KIIT University from 11th November 2024.
• Candidates have to fill in their name, gender, DOB, mobile number, email ID and other for registration.
• Application form can be completed with details like personal, qualification, address and other correspondence details.
• Upload scanned copies of documents like passport size photograph, signature and marksheet in jpg/jpeg format.
• File size of photograph & signature must not exceed 500KB and marksheet must be uploaded in a file size less than 1 MB.
• Candidates are advised to preview their applications carefully as edit facility will be provided to candidates before the final submission of application form only.
• The last date to apply for KIIT University 2025 will be till 8th April 2025. For MBA course, last date to apply will be till 6th January 2025. 
• After submitting the application form, candidates must retain a printout of it for future references.

Application Fee:

• KIIT University 2025 Application fee can be paid via online and offline mode.
• For MBA Courses, application fee is Rs. 1250/-. 
• No application processing fee is charged for B.Tech courses.
• Application fee can be paid using Credit card/ debit card/ net banking gateways.
• For offline payment, applicants have to send DD in favor of “KIIT School of Management”, payable at Bhubaneswar.

KIIT University 2025 Eligibility Criteria

Here, candidates can check the eligibility requirements to apply or KIIT University 2025:

For B.Tech Course:

• Age Limit: Students born on or after 1st July 2004 are eligible to apply.
• Qualification: One must have passed their 10+2 level exam or equivalent in year 2023, 2024 from any recognized board are eligible to apply.
• Subject: It is mandatory to pass the qualifying examination with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.
• Marks: Candidates must have secured at least 60% marks in 12th level to be eligible. 

For BBA Course:

• Qualification: Applicants must have cleared 12th level examination from any recognized board.
• Subject: Candidates having Mathematics/ Business Mathematics/ Economics/ Statistics as one of the subjects in 10+2 level are eligible to apply.

For M.Tech Course:

• Qualification: Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in BE or B.Tech. or equivalent from any recognized university or institutions.
• Marks: One must have passed the qualifying degree with a first class or equivalent CGPA.
• Score: Candidates having valid GATE scores is given preferences.

For MBA Course:

• Qualification: One must have cleared their 10+2+3 or 10+2+4 to be eligible for KIIT Management course.
• Marks: Applicants must obtain at least 50% marks in the qualifying exam to be eligible for exam.
• Appearing: Those who are in final year bachelor’s degree course & expect to complete all requirement of graduation before 30th June 2025.

How to Apply for KIIT University 2025

Candidates have to follow these steps to apply for KIIT University 2025:

• Go through the KIIT University website (link is given above).
• Click on “Apply Now for Phase-I” tab given on the homescreen of website.
• On clicking the link , you will be navigated to New Registration/Login page.
• Press the “New Registration” tab and fill in name, date of birth, gender, mobile number, email ID etc 
• Create & confirm password, enter the captcha and then, click on “Submit/Confirm” tab.
• Candidates are requested to note down their application no. generated on the screen.
• Press on “Click here to verify mobile no.” button.
• Enter the OTP received on registered mobile number.
• After OTP verification, proceed to fill up the application form.
• Fill in details like parent’s name, phone number and email ID,aadhar number, address and other personal details.
• Then, select the courses you want to apply and enter other academic details.
• Click on the confirm button to submit the details furnished in application form.
• Click on the “Edit” button, if candidates want to change/update any entries.
• Upload necessary documents such as passport size photograph & signature in 500KB size and marksheets in 1MB size in jpg/jpeg format.  
• After furnishing all details, press on “click to proceed for print application” button.
• Completed application form will be displayed on the screen.
• Take a printout of filled application form and keep it safe for future references.
