Karnataka PGCET 2025 Exam Schedule
Candidates will be able to check below the complete pre and post examination schedule of Karnataka PGCET 2025:
Pre Examination Dates:
Karnataka PGCET 2025 Registration will be done through online mode. The application form will be released in the fourth week of May 2025.
Fee submission will be done till the third week of June 2025. Also, the last date to submit an application form will be till the third week of June 2025.
At the time of filling the application form, candidates will have to submit the application fee of Rs.650 (Rs. 500 for ST/ SC candidates) through SBI Challan or by e-payment in post offices.
After the application process gets over, successfully registered candidates will be able to download their admit card on or after the fourth week of July 2025.
Candidates will be able to download their Karnataka PGCET 2025 admit card from the website by entering application number and date of birth. Karnataka PGCET 2025 Exam will be conducted in the first week of August 2025 for M.E/ M.Tech/ M.Arch & MCA/ MBA through offline mode.

It will be mandatory to bring an admit card to the examination centre. No candidate will be allowed to sit in the examination hall without an admit card and valid ID proof.

Post Examination Dates:
After the exam commencement of Karnataka PGCET 2025, the board releases the answer key on the website. It will be made available from August 2025.
Candidates through the answer key will be able to check correct answers and estimate scores secured in the exam. Authority will also give candidates the facility to raise objection again the answer key. The window to object answers will be open for few days.
Once the objections will be review by the authority after that, Karnataka PGCET 2025 Result will be declared in August 2025.
The result will be checked by the candidates through online mode from the website by entering the application number and date of birth. A merit list will be prepared after the result announcement separately for various programmes on the basis of marks secured by the candidates.
Candidates shortlisted in the merit list must appear for the Karnataka PGCET 2025 counselling process. The Counselling process of Karnataka PGCET 2025 will be organized from August 2025.
The counselling rounds will be organized in offline mode. During the counselling process, qualified candidates will have to go through document verification and seat allotment process. Candidates must be present for the counselling process as per the date and time allotted to the candidates.
