Here we are providing details about IPU CET Result 2025 including the releasing date, mode and merit list details.
IPU CET 2025 Result
Candidates those who will appear for the entrance exam must be able to check IPU University results 2025 through online mode. No offline mode will be entertained for providing the result. The results will be published separately for each course.
GGSIPU Result 2025 comprises various details like candidate’s name, category wise rank, cut-off marks, merit list, etc. Candidates have to enter their roll number to check the result. Candidates must take printout of the result for further use.
IPU CET 2025 Cut Off for various courses will be released in first week of July 2025. The cut-off is the minimum qualifying marks secured by the candidates in the IPU CET.
IPU CET 2025 Counselling registration will be started through online mode. The counselling will be organized in various rounds depending upon the availability of seats. Candidates will be called for the counselling rounds on the basis of rank obtained by them.
IPU CET 2025 Result Date
IPU CET entrance test will be organized on different dates for various courses. IPU CET result 2025 will be released within a month after the examination.

How to Check the Result
Here we are providing some major details to check the IPU CET Result 2025:

- A new page will be opened on the screen.
- Select the course for which candidates have applied.
- The result will appear on the screen in the PDF format.
- It will display the ranks only for the qualified candidates.
- Check your result and take printout of it.
- Candidates should keep the printout of the result for further admission process.
IPU CET Merit List
The university prepares the inter-se-merit of candidates on the basis of the marks obtained in the entrance test. Admissions are done on the basis of a merit list.
Students who get shortlisted on the merit list will be able to participate in the counselling process. The IPU CET merit list will be released after the result announcement.
Tie-Breaking Criteria
While preparing the merit list, candidates’ scores equal aggregate marks in IPU CET 2025 examination, then following tie-breaking criteria will be adopted to determine merit rank:
- In case of a tie, candidates with higher marks will be ranked higher.
- In case of a tie, candidates attempting less number of wrong answers or a greater number of right answers will be ranked higher.
- If tie still continues, the dates of birth of candidates in descending order will be considered.
- If tie still remain, names of candidates in alphabetical order will be considered.
IPU CET Counselling 2025
The counselling process will be started through online mode according to the courses. IPU CET counselling 2025 will begin for various courses. It will be organized in various rounds. In offline mode, candidates have to report to the allotted counselling centre with the mandatory documents and fees. As per the candidate’s rank, seats are allotted.
In online mode, students have to pay the counselling fee and register themselves. Fill in the choices of colleges and courses from the available list. Seats will be allotted on the basis of filled choices, rank, and seat availability.
The spot counselling round will also be conducted after the completion of admission process for the purpose of filling up vacant seats. Candidates need to carry following documents in original at the time of counselling:
- 10th & 12th marksheet and certificate
- Qualifying examination scorecard and admit card
- IPU CET scorecard and admit card
- Character certificate
- Migration certificate
- Transfer certificate
