United College of Engineering Research (UCER) is a private, self financed and co-educational institution was established in the year 1998 by the United Group. The college is affiliated to UP Technical University, Lucknow. The campus is approved by AICTE and MHRD, New Delhi. It is recognized by the Board of Technical Education, State Govt. of UP.
