UNI GAUGE exam is conducted every year by Educational Rating and Assessment Foundations (ERA Foundation). Candidates desirous for taking admission in BE/ B.Tech courses through UNI GAUGE exam will need to apply for the same through online mode.

UNI GAUGE 2025 Application Form

Candidates must go through the instructions carefully before applying for UNI GAUGE 2025:

• Registration and submission of UNI GAUGE 2025 application form will be done via online mode.
• Candidates will be able to register themselves for exam in first week of February 2025.
• Applicants will be allowed to apply for exam only after attaining all the eligibility requirements.
• Enter details i.e. name as per 10th Std/ SSLC marks card, Email ID and Mobile number for registration.
• Fill the application form with personal, category, academic qualification details and also select at least 5 test cities in order of preferences.
• Candidates must ensure that they have filled the online application form properly with all details. 
• After filling the necessary details, upload documents i.e. photograph and signature in prescribed format and size.
• Edit facility to make corrections in select information will be provided in second week of April 2025.
• Last date for online registration and form filling will be till third week of February 2025.
• Aspirants must keep a hard copy of filled application form safe for future references.

Application Fee:

• Payment of UNI GAUGE 2025 will be made only through online mode. 
• Fee will be remitted using payment gateways i.e. credit card/ debit card/ net banking etc.
• Applicants have to deposit an amount of Rs. 1600/- as an application fee.
• Convenience charges will also be applicable for each mode of Payment.
• Fee deposited by the candidates will be non-refundable under any circumstances.

Documents to be Uploaded:

Candidate will be needed to upload scanned images of following documents in application form:

• SSLC/ 10th marks card of candidate – Max 160kb, JPEG / PDF format 
• Color passport size photograph – Max 80kb, jpeg format 
• Signature of candidate – Max 80kb, JPEG format 
• Unique govt. ID proof of candidate – Max 160kb, JPEG/ PDF format 
• Signature of a parent– Max 80kb, PDF/JPEG format

UNI GAUGE 2025 Application Correction

Authority will also provide an edit facility to change/ modify the selective information furnished in the application form. Candidates will be able to rectify any mistakes committed while uploading photo and signatures, category certificates. Edit option will be made available to candidates in second week of April 2025.

Applicants will not be allowed to modify details i.e. applicant name, email ID, mobile number and Test City entered in their application form. A limited period of time will be provided to candidates for correcting the errors made in application form. After closing of correction window, any further request for change the same will not be entertained.

UNI GAUGE 2025 Eligibility Criteria

Students must familiarize themselves with given eligibility criteria to apply for UNI GAUGE 2025: 

• Qualification: Candidates must qualify 10+2 Higher Secondary or equivalent examination from any board recognized by State/ Central Government.
• Subjects: Applicants must have completed their qualifying examination with Physics, Mathematics and English as compulsory subjects along with Chemistry/ Biology/ Biotechnology or any other technical vocational courses as one of the optional subjects.
• Marks: Applying candidates should have passed 12th level with a minimum aggregate of 45% marks (40% in respect of SC, ST and OBC candidates) in all subjects of PCM stream individually.
• Appearing: Those candidates who will be appearing in the last year of their qualifying exam, will be also eligible to apply.

How to Apply for UNI GAUGE 2025

Students must check the complete steps to apply for UNI GAUGE 2025:

• Go to the website of UNI-GAUGE (link will be mentioned above).
• Click on “Login/ Register” button from the homescreen.
• Fill in details like applicant’s name, email ID, Mobile number etc in the registration form. 
• Generate OTP and validate the registered mobile number & email ID to proceed further.
• Click on “Preview/ Reverify” button to ensure that all registration details entered is correct.
• Press the “register” button to complete the candidate registration.
• Candidates will receive a SMS & E-mail carrying User ID/Application number and Password for login.
• Applicants have to login again using User ID & Password and click on ‘Go to application’ link.
• Select the exam applying for and proceed to fill the online application form.
• Enter relevant details like personal, category, academic details etc.
• Upload necessary documents like photograph, signature marksheets, ID proof etc in prescribed format and size.
• Choose test cities from the available list in order of preferences.
• Now, select the payment gateways and submit the prescribed application fee along with convenience charges applicable for each mode of Payment.
• Candidates will have to go through the declaration page and confirm the same by clicking on the radio button.
• Before proceeding to next step, click on “Preview Application” tab and recheck all information filled in application form.
• At last, candidates will have to click on the “ Submit” button to submit form.
