Sunrise Institute of Engineering, Technology & Management, Unnao

Sunrise Institute of Engineering, Technology & Management (SIETM) was established in the year 2009 as a private, self-financed and co-educational institution set up by the Laxmi Narain Charitable Society. The SIETM is affiliated to the UPTU, Lucknow. The SIETM is approved by the AICTE, and MHRD, New Delhi and State Board of Technical Education and Government of UP.

Campus:

The campus is situated on the Raibareli – Unnao State Highway, just 5 km off the Lucknow – Kanpur National Highway (NH-25) at Village Korari Kala in Unnao, the district of UP. The campus is 13 km away from the Town Mianganj, 17 Km from the Unnao City and 52 km from the Lucknow City.

Programmes:

The SIETM is offering B.Tech degree programmes in six disciplines of engineering & technology and an MBA programme in various disciplines of management study.

Students & Staff:

The college has 420 seats as an intake capacity in all programmes. The college has sufficient numbers of faculties and non-technical staff.

Facilities:

The SIETM campus houses in separate laboratory for each department, separate hostel for boys and girls, guest house, health care centre, rich-stocked library and transport facility. The college has a research & development centre for project works and assignments of the students as well as the faculties.

Placement & Activities:

The college has formed a placement cell which has signed the MOU with Parle Agro, HAL, BSNL, NTPC, Pagoda and Monark software as industrial training partners. The cell provides the job placement tot the students.

The college celebrates the annual day programme named Uday, a fresher party named Ragaa, inter-house sports event named Josh and Rangoli programmes as extracurricular activities.
