RD Engineering College, Ghaziabad

RD Engineering College (RDEC) was established in the year 2004 as a private, self financed and co-educational institution set up by the Rameshwar Dayal Educational Trust. The college is affiliated to UPTU, Lucknow and MTU, Noida. The college is approved by AICTE and MHRD, New Delhi. The college is ISO 9001:2008 certified institution and accredited by IAO.

Campus:

RDEC is situated at 8 km off from Delhi – Meerut National Highway-58 at Duhai in Ghaziabad the district of UP. The college is 15 km away from the Ghaziabad Railway Station and the Bus Stand. The campus is well connected by the roads and rail. The campus lies under Delhi-NCR region. The lush green sprawling campus is spread over an area of 15 acres of land in eco-friendly environment.

Programmes:

RDEC offers 9 academic programmes. Out of these 5 are B.Tech and 2 are M.Tech programmes in the field of engineering & technology, and 2 PG programmes in business management and computer application.

Students & Faculty:

RDEC offers quality education to students in the field of engineering, technology and management with an intake capacity of 1116 students in all departments. The members of faculty are much experienced and enthusiast with the sound knowledge of teaching process.

RDEC has a state of the art infrastructure with all modern amenities and sound and latest facilities ar per the regulatory norms.

Placement:

RDEC has an excellent placement service through the full fledge training and placement cell in the college. Around 85% of students got the final placement by  assistance of T&P cell. The highest package which had gotten by its student is 10 lacs in the year 2013.

RDEC organizes and participates in the cultural activities, sports and annual function. The college provides the anti-ragging environment inside the campus.
