MLV Textile and Engineering College, (MLVTEC) Bhilwara previously known as Manikya Lal Verma Textile Institute or (MLVTI) is the autonomous college of government of Rajasthan. The college was founded in the year 1988 providing various courses in textile engineering and other engineering disciplines. The college was previously an Polytecnic institute, but later upgraded to an engineering college. The college is affiliated to Rajasthan Technical University and approved by all India council for technical education (AICTE).

The college is Located in Pratap Nagar region of Bhilwara district of Rajasthan. The college has serene and a peaceful environment enabling students to have good focus in their studies.
