KIPM College of Engineering and Technology, Gorakhpur

KIPM College of Engineering & Technology (KIPMCET) was established in the year 2002 as a private and self-financed institution set up by the Ashutosh Shiksha Evam Sewa Sansthan. The college is affiliated to the UP technical University. The KIPMCET is approved by the AICTE, MHRD, New Delhi and State Government of UP. The college is an ISO 9001:2008 certified institution for its quality education. The institute is also a member of The Indian Society for Technical Education.

Campus:

The campus is situated at Gorakhpur Industrial Development Authority on the National Highway-28 (Gorakhpur – Lucknow Highway) in Gorakhpur, the district of UP. The campus is spread over an area of 5.84 acres of land. The campus is 12 km away from the Gorakhpur City.

Programmes:

The college is offering total 5 academic programmes as 4 year full-time B.Tech programmes in the field of engineering and technology.

Students & Faculty:

The college is offering the 360 seats for admission as an intake capacity in all five programmes. The college has 20 faculty members for providing the quality education to the students.

Facilities:

The college has two major academic blocks with state of the art facilities. The college has spacious classrooms equipped with LCD projectors, computer centre, language lab, seminar hall, conference hall, tutorial rooms, medical facility, sports facility and cafeteria.

Placement:

The college has a career counselling centre with a training and placement cell. The college provides the guidance to the students for their career interest and assists them to get the best job placement.

Beside the academic programmes, the college also provides the club activities, professional communication, personality development programmes, industrial visits and workshops.
