JP Institute of Engineering & Technology, Meerut

JP Institute of Engineering & Technology (JPIET) was established in the year 2007 as a private and self-financed college of JP Group of Institutions set up by the JP Educational Trust (Estd.-1993). The college is affiliated to the MTU, Noida and approved by the AICTE and MHRD, New Delhi.

Campus:

The college is situated on the Mawana Road in Post Rajpura in Meerut, the district of UP. The JPIET locates with eight more colleges in the campus of JP Group of Institutions spread over an area of 125 acres of land.  The campus is well-connected by the roads. It comes under the Delhi-NCR region. The campus is located in scenic and green environment out of the noisy atmosphere of the city and man-made pollution.

Programmes:

The college is offering the 14 academic programmes as Polytechnic diploma, UG and PG in the field of engineering & technology, computer application and management.

Students & Faculty:

The total intake capacity of the college in all programmes is more than 1188 students. The college offers a team of highly educated, well experienced faculty members dedicated to work.

Facilities:

The campus has full-fledged facilities as 24 hour internet, vast library with huge volumes of books, sound labs, separated hostels, transportation, canteen and sports court.

The campus has a record of 7500 alumni. The TP cell provides the industry interaction, internship, summer trainings and seminars also beside the final placement.

The campus provides the sports event, cultural programmes, quiz and competitions and various extracurricular activities.
