Jaipur Institute of Technology, Jaipur

Jaipur Institute of Technology (JIT), Jaipur was established in the year 2010. The college is located in Jaipur district of Rajasthan. It is a private aided, self financing institute, promoted by Lotus Educational Society. The primary objective of the college is to provide quality bases technical knowledge to the youth of Rajasthan. The institute is approved by AICTE New Delhi and affiliated to Rajasthan Technical University (RTU).

Campus:

The JIT campus is spread in an area of 13 acres of land, in a serene and a pollution free environment. The college is located at a distance 15 km from the Jaipur city well-connected to all major cities by fast and frequent transport facilities available round the clock.

Programmes:

The JIT is offering courses undergraduate engineering courses in five disciplines leading to the degree of Bachelor of Technology and postgraduate engineering courses in four discipline leading to the degree of Master of Technology. All the courses offered by the college are approved by AICTE and affiliated to Rajasthan Technical University.

 Facilities:

The college has state of the art infrastructure with all major facilities like well equipped labs, spacious and ventilated classrooms, well stocked library having a collection of thousand of books and journals, state of art workshops, computer centre with latest hardware and software. The college also provides separate hostel facility for boys and girls, sports facility.

Placement:

The T&P cell provides assistance to the students in their training and placement activities.The major recruiter of the college includes: Havells, Reliance, Wipro, ICICI Bank.
