IAMR College of Engineering,Meerut

IAMR College of Engineering (IAMRCE) was established in the year 1999 as a private and self-financed institute set up by the Ideal Educational Society. The college is affiliated to the Mahamaya Technical University, Noida and approved by the AICTE and MHRD, New Delhi. The college is recognized by the UP Board of Technical Education and State Government of UP.

Campus:

The IAMRCE is situated on the Meerut – Bagpat Road at Panchali Khurd in Meerut, the district of UP. The college is co-located with ITM founded by the same society. The campus comes under the Delhi-NCR region. The campus is spread over an area of 20 acres of land in lush green atmosphere. The campus is 5 km away from the Meerut Railway Station.

Programmes:

The IAMRCE is offering total 5 B.Tech degree and 2 polytechnic diploma programmes in the field of engineering & technology. The college was initiated with offered courses in bio-sciences and paramedical disciplines. The college started functioning in engineering in the year 2008.

Students & Faculty:

The IAMRCE offers admission in all programmes with an intake capacity of 876 students through state entrance examination for degree programmes and as per BTE Lucknow for diploma courses. The total numbers of faculty members of this institute is 54, providing the quality education to the students.

Facilities:

The college provides accommodation for the boys and girls. The girl students are specially taken care inside the campus. The college provides the scholarships to the meritorious students and the poor section of the society. The college provides all modern amenities and facilities for the students.

Placement:

The campus has a central Training & Placement cell for 100% placement assistance for the students. So many MNC’s has visited to the campus for interview and a good number of students have been placed there since the college established.

The college conducts and organizes the sports and cultural activities over a period of time with no-ragging environment inside and off the campus.
