Government Engineering College, Bharatpur

Government Engineering College, (GECBH) Bharatpur is a government aided engineering college located in Bharatpur district of Rajasthan. The college was established in the year 2007. The college is an autonomous institution of government of Rajathan. The primary vision of the college is to make students technically more sounded and ethically strong and to build them as the professional who will become the trendsetters in the industry. The college is affiliated to Rajasthan Technical University (RTU) and approved by AICTE New Delhi.

Campus:

The college is located at the serene outskirts of the Bharatpur city. The college campus is spread in an area of 40 acres of lush green land, having pollution free and healthy environment. The Bharatpur district is well-connected to all major cities of the adjacent states like Agra, Nunh district of Haryana.

Programmes:

The college is offering courses in six undergraduate engineering disciplines leading to the degree of Bachelor of Technology with an intake capacity of 360 students. All the courses offered by the college are approved by AICTE and affiliated to Rajasthan Technical University.

Faculty:

The college faculty members are highly experienced and dedicated. They have got a vast experience in teaching and research work, and help the students, in their academics, practical and research work. The college has more than 40 faculty members.

Facilities:

The college provides all sufficient facilities to the students some of them are well equipped labs, well ventilated and spacious rooms, library consisting of more than 22779 books, and a subscription to over 42 journals/ magazines. The other facilities of GECBH include the state of the art workshops, sports facility, etc.

Placement:

The college has a separate Training and Placement department which helps the students in their placement process, the training and placement activities are carried throughout the year with the aim to place the maximum number of students in top reputed companies.
