AP EAPCET 2025 Counselling

The AP EAPCET 2025 counselling process will be managed by the Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education. It will organize separate counselling for MPC & BiPC streams.

The BiPC stream counselling will be conducted for admission to the Pharmacy, Pharm.D & Bio-Technology courses. Candidates will be called for the document verification round as per their rank.

After completing the certificate verification process, candidates will be eligible to fill the choices as per their preferences. Candidates will have to pay the counselling fee before certificate verification process.

The counselling fee will be of Rs. 1200 (For OC/ BC) & Rs. 600 (For SC/ ST). Candidates will have to pay the fee through online mode from the official website.

The fee will be paid only through online mode (credit card or debit card or through net banking) before the last date.

In the counselling process, candidates require filling the choices of colleges where they are seeking for admission.

Candidates can also change their options any number of times during the given period. After the allotted time for the option entry, if any candidate is not satisfy with the options exercised, they can modify the option on the given date. This is the final opportunity for exercising options.

AP EAPCET 2025 Cut Off will be announced by the Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Kakinada. Candidates will check cut off through online mode on the website.

AP EAPCET 2025 Counselling Procedure

Candidates should check the complete details about AP EAPCET Counselling Procedure:

Registration:

Candidates will have to register online through the counselling website of AP EAPCET 2025. Enter the necessary details and pay the required counselling fee. Take the printout of the fee payment and proceed for the certificate verification process.

Certificate verification:

After registration, candidates will have to verify their all certificate & registration-cum-verification-form via online mode.

After the verification of data by online and physically by the verification officers, then the candidates have to ascertain the status of eligibility by using Print Verified status link. If they will be eligible they can proceed for exercise options as per the schedule.

Choice Filling:

After completion of the document verification process, candidates have to fill choices of courses/ colleges as per their preferences. This process is organised through online mode.

• Visit the official website. (Link will be provided above)
• Click on “Web Options” link.
• Fill your “AP EAMCET Hall Ticket Number” & “Date of Birth”.
• Now, click on “Submit button”.
• A new page will be opened on the screen.
• After that, fill your “Login ID Number”, “Hall Ticket”, “Password” & “Date of Birth” in candidate’s login.
• Read all the instructions & click on “Check Box & Option Entry”.
• Fill your options.
• Don’t forget to lock filled choices.
• Save the options & take a print copy of it for further use.

Allotment of Seats:

After filling choices, the seats will be allotted to the candidates. The seat will be allotted to the candidates on the basis of options exercised, merit, category, local area, gender, etc.

Candidates will have to download their allotment order through a candidate’s login.

Reporting:

After allotment, candidates will have to report to the allotted centre for complete admission formalities. Candidates will have to report through Self-reporting system & report at the allotted college also.

These two stages will be compulsory & mere reporting through self-reporting or reporting at the college will be alone not sufficient to get a seat.

If candidates fail to report through self-reporting and reporting at the allotted college in a given time, candidate’s seat will be cancelled & candidates will have no claim for further allotment of seats.

AP EAPCET Admission Procedure

The admission process will be the last stage of each exam. After the successful completion of the AP EAPCET Counselling 2025, candidates will have to report at the allotted college.

Candidates must carry the allotment letter & all the original documents for verification & admission. In case, the candidate doesn’t report at the allotted college in a given time period, the seat will be given to another candidate.

Documents Required at Admission

Candidates are required to bring the original documents with 2 sets of photocopies at the time of certificate verification & admission. Here we have listed the required documents:

• AP EAPCET Hall Ticket 2025
• Intermediate or Equivalent exam mark sheet and passing certificate
• 10th class mark sheet and passing certificate
• Study/Bonafide Certificate from III to X Class and Intermediate (10+2)
• Transfer Certificate
• Income certificate
• Caste certificate (if belong to any reserved category)
• PH/ NCC/ CAP/ Sports Certificates (if applicable)
• Aadhaar card
• Residence certificate of either of parents
• Receipt of Certificates at Help-line Centers after Verification.
