Virar Homeopathic Medical College was established in the year 1989 and offers research, training and education in the medical field. The institution is affiliated to Maharashtra University of Health Sciences and approved by Central Council of Homoeopathy, New Delhi.

Virar Homeopathic Medical College offers undergraduate programme in the medical field. The institution provides degree in Bachelor of Homoeopathic Medicine and Surgery (B.H.M.S). The duration of the course is five and a half years with the compulsory rotational internship training of one year. The candidates those want to apply for this B.H.M.S course must have passed their class XII with Physics, Chemistry and Biology (PCB) as mandatory subjects.

Internship
