Vidyadaan Institute of Technology & Management is a private, self financed and co-educational institute of engineering and management education. It was established in the year 2010. It is run and managed by Vidyadaan Society. Institute has been affiliated to Aryabhatta Knowledge University, Patna. College has been approved by AICTE and recognized by State Board of Technical Education, Government of Bihar and Ministry of HRD, government of India.

Vidyadaan Institute of Technology & Management is situated over 20 acres of land along the state highway at Ariaon village in Buxar district of Bihar. It is easily accessible by rail and road. It is located 100 km from Patna and 120 km from Mugalsarai on the main railway line. College is 3 km from Twiningganj and 7 km from Dumraon railway station.
