University Institute of Engineering & Technology is one of the constituent colleges of Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University, Kanpur. It is a Self-financed, private and co-educational institution. It was established in the year 1996. College has approved by UGC.

University Institute of Engineering & Technology is situated in the campus of Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University at Kalyanpur in Kanpur district of UP. College is well-connected by roads and rail. The campus is spread over in 264 acres of land.
