Swami Vivekanand Subharti University was founded in the year of 2008 under the aegis of Subharti K.K.B. Charitable Trust, Meerut. It is a private university with an approval of UGC (University Grants Commission). This university also have many constituent colleges which provides education in the field of Medical, Dental, Law, Pharmacy, Nursing, etc. This university also offers law courses approved by BCI.

Campus

This university has a campus located in National Capital Region, situated on NH-58, Delhi bypass road, Meerut. The campus is spread over around 250 acres of land. The campus is well-connected with all modes of transportation (road, rail & air).

Facilities

This university houses 14 hostels including 2 NRI hostels in the university campus to provide separate hostel facility for boys and girls. It houses a central air-conditioned library which is stocked with books, national and international journals, reports, etc. The library also houses a projector room and reading room. It has a spacious auditorium with the seating capacity of 3000 people and it is equipped with latest audio-visual equipments. To provide indoor and outdoor sports facility it also houses football & cricket ground, tennis court, basket ball courts, etc.

Swami Vivekanand Subharti University offers many medical and courses like MBBS, BDS, MDS and many others. The duration of MBBS course is 4.5 years and for BDS course is 4 Year + 1 Year of Internship. Sardar Patel Subharti Institute of Law is a constituent unit of this university which offers law courses such as BA. LL.B and LL.M.
