Sultan Ul Uloom College of Law came into existence in the year of 1989 by the Sultan Ul Uloom Education Society. This college has an approval of the BCI (Bar Council of India), New Delhi and affiliated to the Osmania University.
Campus
The campus is situated at Mount Pleasant, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad. Hyderabad is the capital city of Telangana state. The nearest airport is Begumpet Airport which is located just 2.8 kms away from the campus and the Jubilee Bus Stand is situated 5.7 kms away from the college.
Facilities
It has a spacious library hall equipped with a good collection of books, reports, periodicals, national and international journals covering all branches of law and social sciences. It houses a state-of-the-art moot court hall to conduct various practices and moot court competition. This college houses a gymnasium equipped with latest equipment. It has a seminar hall with the seating capacity of 200 people to organize various co-curricular activities.
Programmes
Sultan Ul Uloom College of Law runs various law courses, i.e. LL.B, BA. LL.B, BBA. LL.B and LL.M programmes. This intake capacity of all UG courses is 120 for each and the intake capacity of LL.M course is 20 for each specialization. Admission
For admission in law courses, students are required to clear the LAWCET (Law Common Entrance Test) and PG LAWCET (Postgraduate Law Common Entrance Test) which are organized annually by the LAWCET authority. Admissions in 20% seats (‘B’ Category) will be given as per the rules laid by the Convener.
