Smt Mohan Kaur College of Law, Baghpat was set up by Smt. Mohan Kaur Educational Society in the year of 2015. The college is recognized by the Bar Council of India, New Delhi. It is affiliated to the Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut.

Campus

The college is located in Kalka Ji Extension, village Dagarpur, Baghpat District, UP. The college campus is well-linked with the road & railway transportation. Dilshad Garden Metro Station is situated just 15 kms away from the college campus.

Facilities

There is a spacious and air-conditioned classroom with the facility of LCD Projector & audio-visual aids. The college has a well-maintained library with a wide gathering of law books, reports, journals, projects, periodical, CDs, etc. The college also offers various facilities such as cafeteria, computer lab, seminar hall, auditorium, medical, transport, etc. There is also a moot court hall for students practice & training. The college also conducts regular visits to the Supreme Court, District Court & High Court for live practicing.

Smt Mohan Kaur College of Law, Baghpat runs Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Law (BA LLB) & Bachelor of Law (LLB). LLB is three years duration law programme & BA LLB is five years integrated law programme.

Admission

A Student can pursue dual degree course, i.e. BA LLB after complete their 10+2 education. If a student seeks admission into LLB course, they have to pass their graduation degree with any stream or any bachelor degree recognized by CCS University, Meerut. For both courses, Students have to score not less than 45% marks for GEN/OBC Category. Students who belong to SC/ST category, they have to secure at least 40% marks in the qualifying examination.
