Sinhgad Law College, Pune was set up on the 24th July, 2003. The college is affiliated to the Savitribai Phule Pune University. It is approved by the Bar Council of India, Government of Maharashtra. The College is accredited by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) with “B” Grade.
Campus
The college campus is situated at Ambegaon (Bk.), Vadgaon campus, Pune. The college is well-connected with the road & railway transportation facility. The nearest railway station is Pune Railway Station located just 22 km away from the campus.

There is a computer centre that offers the facility of internet for getting online access. The college also offers facilities such as banking, clinic, legal aid centre, moot-court hall, canteen, seminar & conference hall, playgrounds, etc. The college library has a huge collection of the textbooks, reference books, Indian & Foreign Journals, periodicals, Magazines, reports, projects related to law. Programmes
Sinhgad Law College, Pune runs three years Bachelor of Law (LLB) & Five years Bachelor of Socio-Legal Sciences & Bachelor of Law (BSL LLB) & Bachelor of Arts & Bachelor of Law (BA LLB). The college also imparts one year short-term diploma course & Certificate Courses such as Diploma in Labour Laws and Labour Welfare (DLL & DW), Diploma in Taxation Laws (DTL) & Certificate Course in Forensic and Medical Jurisprudence. There are 160 seats available for LLB & BSL LLB/BA LLB courses.

Admission
The eligibility criteria for admission into LLB course is Graduation in any discipline. For BA LLB/BSL LLB programme, students have to complete 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized university. Students have to obtain minimum 45% marks in case of General category & 40% marks for SC/ST category. The admission into these programmes will be based on the entrance exam managed by the University.
