Santosh University, Ghaziabad
Santosh University was previously known as Santosh Medical College, which came into existence in the year of 1995. This university is approved by UGC (University Grants Commission). This college was conferred with the deemed university status in the year 2007 by the Ministry of HRD of the Government of India. This university also runs Santosh Dental College which is recognized by Government of India.
Campus
This university has a sprawling campus located in Santosh Nagar, Ghaziabad. Ghaziabad is a district of the state of Uttar Pradesh. Its administrative block is situated on the 4th floor, which houses the offices of Chancellor, Vice Chancellor, Dean (Dental and Medical), Registrar, Controller of Examinations and Finance Controller.
Facilities
This university provides hostel facility for boys and girls. The hostel rooms are spacious and comfortable and equipped with general amenities such as internet connectivity, recreation rooms, security, common rooms, mess facility, etc. It houses various playgrounds, tennis court, games rooms, gymnasium, etc to provide indoor and outdoor games facility. It has a central library which is spread over around 4000 sq. m area. It is fully equipped with a vast collection of books, journals, projects, reports and other reference materials.
Programmes
Santosh Medical College runs an MBBS (Bachelor of Medicine & Bachelor of Surgery) programme which is approved by MCI (Medical Council of India). Santosh Dental College also offers UG and PG dental programmes like BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery) and MDS (Master of Dental Surgery). It also offers postgraduate degree and diploma courses in various medical departments. It also runs doctorate courses in Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry, etc.

Placement
The placement cell of this university invites many organizations for in-campus selection of students. It also guides students about the interview process and give the necessary training to students regarding the placement process.
