The SAL Institute of Technology and Engineering Research (SALTER) is a Self-Financed Institute of Engineering. It is affirmed by AICTE, New Delhi and the Government of Gujarat. The Institute is established by Adarsh Foundation in the year of 2009. It is joined to the Gujarat Technological University, Ahmedabad. The main goal of the institution is to see the foundation self-governing as leading deemed university making technologist who can meet difficulties from the globe.

Campus

The SALTER is situated in the serene and sylvan surroundings, Opposite Science City, Sola Village, Ahmedabad. The institute is spread more than 10 sections of land of area at Ahmedabad (Gujarat). It has a decent and enormous campus, with buildings spread out in blocks. The Institution campus encompasses a restricted peaceful and delightful environment where students can follow their studies with gently and undisturbed.

The institution provides all Infrastructure facilities including classrooms and discussion rooms which have been well outfitted with modern devices. There is also a Workshop, Laboratories, Computer Center, Canteen, Playgrounds and much more. The institution has the gigantic parking area. The SALTER has a major, roomy and moderately creative library.

The arrangement cell of the institute gives identity development training programs and gathering examination & mock sessions preparing programs. The T & P cell facilitates on campus enrollment by giving an ordinary stage to students looking for employments. The arrangement cell also organizes job fair every year for more placement. The Placement cell keeps up the symbiotic, active and intentional relationship with businesses across the country.
