RVR and JC College of Engineering, Guntur

RVR & JC College of Engineering (RVRJCCE) was established in the year 1985. It is a private and self-financing institution. It was founded by the Nagarjuna Educational Society. The college is affiliated to the Acharya Nagarjuna University. The college is approved by the AICTE and accredited by the NBA for all UG programmes.

Campus:

The campus is spread over in 37.4 acres of land. The campus is connected to the national highway-5 (Guntur – Chennai Highway) near CPI Colony at Chowdavaram in Guntur, the district of Andhra Pradesh. The campus is located in the outskirt of the city and well-connected by the road to nearby cities and towns.

Programmes:

For the current year, the college is offering the total 1435 seats for admission as the annual intake in all programmes. The campus has 245 faculty members from all departments.

Facilities:

The campus has separate hostel for boys’ & girls’, lecture halls, drawing halls, engineering & science labs, computer centre, seminar hall, auditorium, transportation, canteen, bank, gym, play field, dining room, common room and library with over 100000 volumes and titles.

Activities:

The campus organizes NSS/NCC, technical activities, sports & cultural activities. The campus has 7 clubs headed by the students under a superior faculty. The campus celebrates the annual function, sports competition, farewell feast and various students’ activities.

Placement:
