Radiant Institute of Engineering and Technology, Fazilka

Radiant Institute of Engineering and Technology, (RIET) Fazilka is an engineering college located in the Fazilka district of Punjab. The college was established in the year 2010 under the aegis of Bhai Kanhaiya Sewa Society. The primary objective of the college is to impart quality education to the students blended with human values and latest technological know how. The RIET is affiliated to Punjab Technical University (PTU) Jalandhar, and approved by all India council for technical education (AICTE) New Delhi and Government of Punjab.

Campus:

The RIET is located in the Abohar city of Fazilka district. The college campus comprises of all major facilities having architecturally designed buildings, lush green campus located in a serene and peaceful environment.

Programmes:

The college is offering five courses in undergraduate engineering discipline leading to the degree of B.tech with the total intake capacity of 300 students. The college is also offering two courses in an engineering diploma for a period of three years with an intake capacity of 120 students. The courses offered by RIET are approved by AICTE and affiliated to Punjab Technical University (PTU) Jalandhar.

Facilities:

The major facilities by the RIET are well equipped workshops where students undergo practical training, WI-fi network facility is available in the entire campus, RIET has a state-of-art computing facility having well equipped computer labs, the college has ventilated and fully furnished classrooms, the college has well stocked library having a huge collection of books And journals. The other facility provided by the college include separate hostel facility for boys and girls, sports facility, transportation facility, medical facility.

Placement:

The RIET has a separate Training and Placement cell, which is a vital part of college. The T&P cell has a tie-up with the major companies around the globe, to provide the campus placement to the students of the college. The cell also helps students in the training activities and industrial visits.
