R. M. M. Law College, Saharsa came into existence in the year 1972. It is the constituent college of B.N. Mandal University, Madhepura, Bihar. The college is approved by the Bar Council of India (BCI), New Delhi. R. M. M. Law College is running with the objective to create competent professionals in legal world.
Campus
The sprawling campus of R. M. M. Law College is situated on N.H.- 107 in the heart of the town of Kosi Division in the Saharsa district of Bihar state. The college is well-connected by roads and buses. Saharsa railway Station & Bus Stand is only one kilometer away from the college.
Facilities
The college has a separate building that accommodates library along with reading hall. The library preserves more than 3,000 books of law, magazines and newspapers. It has a well-equipped classrooms supported with modern teaching aids. There are adequate facilities for cultural, recreational and sports activities. A modern canteen is functioning within the college campus and providing fooding facility to the students. In addition to this, the college provides the transportation facility to students and faculty members.

Admission to R. M. M. Law College, Saharsa is offered to those candidates who have passed the graduation in any discipline from the recognized University. Selection will be done on the basis of Common Entrance Test (CET) conducted by the University.
