Punjab College of Engineering and Technology, Mohali
Punjab College of Engineering and Technology, (PCET) Mohali is a private co-ed engineering college located in Mohali district of Punjab. The college was established in the year 2002 by Punjab Group of colleges. The college is approved by AICTE New Delhi and affiliated to Punjab Technical University (PTU) Jalandhar.
Campus:
The college is located at Malakpur village in Mohali district of Punjab. The college is situated at 30 minutes distance from Chandigarh and 20 minutes from Ambala on Ambala-Chandigarh Highway. The college is located in a pollution free and peaceful environment with the campus area spread in 25 acres.
Programmes:
The college is offering six courses in undergraduate engineering discipline with the total intake capacity of 360 students, among the postgraduate courses the college is offering M.Tech in three disciplines with the total intake capacity of 61 students. The admission to the b.tech courses is based on the JEE score and for M.tech programs the Gate score will be taken into account.

The major facilities offered by the college include well equipped labs and workshops, spacious and ventilated classrooms, computer centre with internet facility, well stocked and fully furnished library, canteen and hostel facilities, sports facility, medical facility, ATM, cafeteria facility.
Placement:
The college has a separate Training and placement cell which help the students in their campus and placement related activities. The college provides assistance to the students of final and pre final so that they can be placed in the top companies of the world. The cell also organizes various industrial visits, personality development programs for the overall personality development of the students.

The major activities organized by the college include sports meet, cultural and social events, annual functions, PANACHE, 2011 (a social technical event), sports events held at the inter college level, robotics workshops.
