Pt. Dr.Shiv Shakti Lal Ayurved Medical College is a private college that came into existence in the year of 2001 by the educational trust. The college is approved by the Central Council of Indian Medicine (CCIM), New Delhi. It is affiliated to the Vikram University, Ujjain.
Campus
The college is located at Banjali, Katju Nagar, Ratlam. Historically, Ratlam is known as Ratnapuri that is a city which is situated in the northwestern part of the Malwa region in Madhya Pradesh. The Sharaddha hospital is attached to the college. The college has a globally remarked infrastructure with separate academic and student blocks.

Programmes
Pt. Dr.Shiv Shakti Lal Ayurved Medical College, Ratlam offers Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS). The degree is about 5 Years, 6 Months, including 1 year internship after passing 12th Science. There are 40 seats available for the BAMS programme. On the basis of the PAHUT that is conducted by Vyapam (MP), candidates will get admission in the BAMS programme. After qualifying BAMS, candidates will work in various domains such as General Practice, Research, Hospital and Healthcare Administration, Teaching and Health Supervisor.
