NETES Institute of Technology & Science, Mirza
NETES Institute of Technology & Science (NITS) was established in the year 2009 under the support of North East Technical Education Society (NETES). The institute is recognised by AICTE and affiliated to Gauhati University, Guwahati. The vision of the institute is to set core values or principles and guidelines for organizational demeanor and behavior and working with a motto to maintain integrity, transparency, meritocracy, dignity, innovation and teamwork.
Campus
The NITS campus is located at Mirza on National Highway 37, located 28 kms from Guwahati and 6 kms from the Lokapriya Gopinath Bordoloi International Airport, Guwahati. The NITS campus is spread over 20 acres land span. The NITS campus consists of 3000 sq foot computer centre, a 9000 sq foot workshop, 6000 sq foot library, classrooms, laboratories, and a 100,000 sq foot playground for outdoor games, and a gym.

The facilities at NITS campus are Library with a rich collection of books, Medical Facility, Laboratory, Placement Cell, Computer Center, Internet, sports and Transportation facility.
