National Institute of Technology (NIT), Puducherry

National Institute of Technology, Puducherry is one of the thirty National Institutes of Technology established in the year 2009 and situated in Karaikal, Puducherry. NIT Puducherry is approved by the Government of India in 2009, as part of the Eleventh Five-Year Plan. The institute motivates the students to take active part in all the extracurricular activities organized by the college.

Campus

The campus of NIT, Puducherry is located at Karaikal. The campus is well-connected by roads through buses and rails. The pleasant atmosphere of the campus provides the best place for learning to the students.

Facilities

Sport facilities are available for the students that develop their personality, also helping the students to live healthy, creative and energetic lifestyle. The college also regulates the innovation club that collects the creative ideas from the students and converts them into worthwhile projects. In addition to these facilities, the students of the college are well-provided with the medical facility, fooding facility in mess and canteen.
