N M A M Institute of Technology, Udupi
N M A M (Nitte Mahalinga Adyanthaya Memorial) Institute of Technology was established in the year 1986 as a private engineering college. The college is initiated by the Nitte Education Trust. NMAM Institute of Technology is affiliated to the Visvesvaraya Technological University and approved by the AICTE. The campus is accredited by the NAAC and all courses are accredited by the NBA. The campus is certified with ISO 9001:2008 standards and granted the academic autonomy under the VTU from the session 2007-08.
Campus
The campus of NMAM Institute of Technology is spread over in around 100 acres of land in village Nitte in the rural area of Udupi district of Karnataka. The location of the institute is 57 km away from the Mangalore district. The campus is situated on the foothills of Western Ghats. The campus is situated on Belman – Karkala Road (State Highway – 1).
