MVJ Medical College and Research Hospital is affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences and was established in the year 2001. The institution offers a variety of undergraduate courses in nursing, medicine and related areas and offers postgraduate courses in all the basic and clinical super-specialties. MVJ Medical College and Research Hospital offers undergraduate and postgraduate courses in the medical field. The institution offers undergraduate course in Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) programme for the duration of five and a half years with the compulsory rotational training of one year. The institution also conducts postgraduate courses in MD (Doctor of Medicine) and MS (Master of Surgery) programme for the duration of three years.
