Management Institute of Durgapur, Durgapur

Management Institute of Durgapur (MID), Durgapur is a non-government management institution founded in the year of 2003. It is a constituent unit of Rahul Foundation. This institution is affiliated with West Bengal University of Technology (WBUT) and has approval of All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and the Government of India.

Campus

The campus is located on G. T. Road (NH-2) between Durgapur and Panagarh. Durgapur is a district of the West Bengal state. The campus houses a three-storied building which has been divided in student block and administrative  block. It is well accessible by road and rail transport.

Facilities

This institution houses many classrooms which are air-conditioned and equipped with audio-visual aids and net connectivity. It houses a modern and fully computerized library which is equipped with the vast collection of books, journals, reports, etc. It also has a reading hall with the seating capacity of 150 students. To organize seminars, lectures and other co-curricular activities a seminar hall is also provided. It also has a advanced computer centre equipped with latest configurations.

Programmes

Management Institute of Durgapur offers undergraduate and postgraduate courses in management like BBA (Bachelor of Business Administration) and MBA (Master of Business Administration) programmes. It also offers Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA) and Master of Computer Application (MCA).
