Maharishi University of Management and Technology, Bilaspur

Maharishi University of Management and Technology (MUMT) has been founded under Maharishi University of Management and Technology Act (No. 10 of 2002) that was passed by the Legislature of Chhattisgarh State. It is a private university that is approved by UGC (University Grants Commission). It came into existence instantly after Gazette notification of Government of Chhattisgarh on April 18, 2002. The University has formed four full time campuses in Bilaspur, Durg Raipur and Raigarh.

Campus

The University is situated on Maharishi Road, Post Box No.-10,Mangla, Bilaspur Chhattisgarh. The MUMT campus has an extensive, lavish green garden that is pollution free. The campus gives a quiet atmosphere for the students that help them to focus on their studies. The University has a state-of-art infrastructure.

Facilities

The MUMT provided the facility of sports and has playgrounds for Indoor and outdoor games. The University has well-outfitted classrooms, computer labs with internet facility, department wise laboratories, gym, cafeteria, seminar halls and auditorium. There is a library that has a rich collection of books, magazines, journals, newspaper and periodical. The University also provides the facility of transportation. There is also a facility of hostel (separate for men and women) and medical.

Programmes

The Maharishi University of Management and Technology provides undergraduate course in various fields of technology and management. It offers Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA). The duration of the BBA course is three years.
