Magadh University, Patna

The Magadh University, Patna was established on 1st March, 1962. It is recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC). In Act 1976, the University is governed by the State University of Bihar. Dr. Sarvapali Radhakrishnan, the next President of India laid the organization of this university. Dr. K.K Dutta, renowned Historian was the originator Vice-Chancellor of this University.

Campus

The Magadh University, Patna campus is spread over 460 acres of land enjoying the religious breeze of the Bodhi Tree which progressive Lord Buddha. The University is located in Gaya, Bihar.
