M S Ramaiah Medical College was established in the year of 1979 under the aegis of Gokula Education Foundation (GEF). This college is affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Karnataka and has an approval of Medical Council of India (MCI), New Delhi.
Campus
This college has a sprawling campus located at MSR Nagar, MSRIT Post, Bangalore the capital city of Karnataka. The campus has been spread over 65 acres of land. The city center (railway and bus station) is located just 8 km away from the campus. The city is well-connected by air, rail and roadways.

Programmes

The duration of MBBS course will be four and half years with compulsory one year rotating internship and duration of postgraduate courses (MD/MS) will be three years.
