The Kirodimal Institute of Technology, Raigarh was established in the year 2000. KIT is a self-financing institute sponsored by Government of Chhattisgarh. It is affiliated to Chhattisgarh Swami Vivekanand Technical University and approved by. The vision of the institute is to train students to become globally acceptable technocrats by providing proper training in various fields and making them a good human value system.
Campus
The campus of the institute is located at Garhumaria Orissa Road, Raigarh. KIT campus can be reached by National highway in Raigarh or South eastern railway having 8km of distance from Raigarh railway station and Raigarh bus stand. The KIT campus consist of academic block, students block and administrative block these blocks include library, hostel, labs and tutorial rooms.
