JSS University, Mysore

JSS University is also known as Jagadguru Sri Shivarathreeshwara University is a deemed university in Mysore. The University is recognized by the MHRD, Government of India on 28th May 2008. JSS College of Pharmacy, Mysore is the constituent college of JSS University. The college was formed in the year 1973. The pharmacy courses got approval from the PCI & AICTE. It is recognized by Government of Karnataka.

Campus

The college campus is located in Sri Shivarathreeshwara Nagara on Mysore-Bangalore highway. The campus is well-connected by the rail, road & air transportation. The college is situated about 4 Kms away from the centre of Mysore & 140 Kms away from Bangalore.

Facilities

The library is well-stocked with the latest collection of International and National journals, books, digital resources, electronic journals, reference books, CDs, etc. The College has well-maintained classrooms with the facility of audio-visual aids. There is also a well-equipped laboratory, computer laboratory, clinical pharmacy, sports, canteen, bank, seminar hall, post office, etc. The College has separate hostels for men & women with the facility of mess.
