Jai Narain Vyas University, Jodhpur formerly known as University of Jodhpur was established in the year 1962. It is the public University that has the recognition from University Grants Commission (UGC). In 2005, the University has received the ” A” grade ranking by NAAC. JNVU provides education and research facility to its students. The University has many faculties of various departments that promotes education in respective fields. The faculty of law imparts the legal education to the aspirants.
Campus
Jai Narain Vyas University (JNVU) has five campuses covering the area of around 765 acres. The main campus covers the area of 592.46 acres with 74003 sq mt of constructed area. The location of the campus is at Bhagat Ki Kothi, Pali Road, Jodhpur, Rajasthan.
Facilities
The college has a central library that has a good collection of e-journals and books, the laboratories are furnished with latest equipments, spacious and airy classrooms. It has co-educational facilities with separate hostel accommodation for UG & PG Boys and PG Girls. Along with academics, the campus provides all facilities for cultural, recreational and sports activities. Gymnasium and Yoga Centre for the physical and spiritual benefit of the students. There is a modern canteen functioning in the campus of the university.

Admission
To pursue UG and PG courses from the Jai Narain Vyas University (JNVU), Jodhpur, candidates are required to fulfill all the eligibility conditions as laid down by the University. To be eligible for integrated law courses, it must be necessary for the candidates to secure minimum 45% marks in 10+2. Minimum qualification eligibility required for admission to LL.B is graduation (passed in any stream). Selection will be done as per the University norms.
