Institute of Public Enterprise, Hyderabad was established in the year 1964. It is a non-profit educational society. The institution is a premier Business School at Hyderabad and is recognized as a ‘Centre of Excellence’ by the Indian Council of Social Science Research (ICSSR). The institution has also developed the strong linkages with industry and academic institutions and is the founder member of the Association of Indian Management Schools (AIMS).

The institution offers degree in PGDM (Post Graduate Diploma in Management). It offers degree in part time MBA. The duration of the part time MBA is three years. Placement
