Institute of Advanced Studies in Education Deemed University, Churu

Institute of Advanced Studies in Education Deemed University, Churu was established in the year of 1950 under the aegis of non-governmental society called Gandhi Vidya Mandir (GVM). It is a deemed university which is approved by UGC (University Grants Commission). It is accredited by National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC).

Campus

This university has a sprawling campus located in town of Sardarshahr in India ’s north-western state of Rajasthan. The campus is well-connected by rail, road and air transport. It is surrounded by green lawns and peaceful environment.

Facilities

This university houses 12 hostels to provide residential facilities, separately for boys and girls. The hostel rooms are available on the basis of single, double and triple sharing. Each hostel is equipped with guest room, garden, playground, indoor games and sports and recreational activities. It has a central library and as well as departmental libraries, which is equipped with books, national/international journals, reports, etc. A branch of Oriented Bank of Commerce and ATM is located within the campus to provide banking facility.
