Himalayiya Ayurvedic Medical College and Hospital, Dehradun
Himalayiya Ayurvedic Medical College and Hospital (HAMC&H), Dehradun was founded on 16 Feb, 2005 under the shade of ‘Himalayiya Ayurvedic Yog Ewam Prakritik Chikitsa Sansthan’. The College is approved by the Central Council of Indian Medicine (CCIM). HAMC&H is affiliated to Uttarakhand Ayurved University, Harrawala, Dehradun.
Campus
The college is situated at National Highway-72, Fatehpur Tanda, Jeevanwala, Doiwala, Dehradun. The HAMC&H is well-connected with the Road, Rail and Air transportation. The Jolly Grant, Dehradun Airport is located 15 kms away from the campus and nearest railway station is placed in Raiwala 4 kms away from campus. The campus is spread in an area of 10 acres of land.
Facilities
There is a huge spacious classroom that is equipped with the latest audio-visual facilities. The college also has a separate hall for holding seminars, guest lecturers and conferences which are well-equipped with the computer system and LCD projector. The library of the college has a huge collection of books, journals, magazines, reports, periodicals in the field of Ayurveda as well as other fields including current happenings. There is also a separate hostel accommodation for men and women with good dwelling facilities such as full security system. In the hostels, there is a mini library with text books and magazines to help the students during holidays and in off hours. The college also offers free transport facility for hostel students.

Himalayiya Ayurvedic Medical College and Hospital (HAMC&H), Dehradun offers 5 ½ Yrs. full-time degree course Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS). There are 30 seats available for the BAMS programme.
