Guwahati Medical College, Institute of Pharmacy Guwahati
The Guwahati Medical College, Institute of Pharmacy Guwahati was started in the year 1987. It is under the department of Health & F.W. (B), Govt. of Assam and affiliated to the Guwahati Medical College, Guwahati. The course offered by the college is approved by the AICTE (All India Council for Technical Education) and PCI (Pharmacy Council of India), New Delhi. It offers the Diploma in Pharmacy.
Campus
The campus of the institute is well-established in the foothills of the Narakachal, Guwahati, Assam. A variety of teaching and learning techniques are employed to impart knowledge and skills to students at Institute of Pharmacy, Guwahati Medical College and Hospital in its various departments.

Offered courses are approved by Pharmacy Council of India (PCI), New Delhi. For take admission in the above course, the student must passed 12th or equivalent from any recognized board. Selection will be based on written test or counseling.
