Government Engineering College, Wayanad
Government Engineering College, Wayanad is an engineering college located in Wayanad district of Kerala. The college was established in the year 1999 with two engineering branches and an intake capacity of 120 students, later the students has increased their UG courses in engineering and also offered PG courses in some engineering disciplines. GEC, Wayanad is affiliated to Kannur University and has been approved by AICTE.
Campus:
Government Engineering College, Wayanad is located at Thalapuzha in Manathavady town of Wayanad district of Kerala. The college campus is spread in an area of 25 acres of land having scenic views of the hills and greenery surroundings. The college is also well connected by transport facility.
Facilities:
The college have good infrastructure with well equipped labs and workshops, spacious and ventilated classrooms, computer centre with high speed internet connectivity, well stocked library, auditorium and conference hall, sports facility, hostel facilities for the students etc.
