The Gandhinagar Institute of Technology (GIT) is founded by the Platinum Foundation Trust. The institute is set up in the year of 2006. It is associated with Gujarat Technological University (GTU) and agreed by AICTE New Delhi. The main objective of the institution is to make young engineers with dynamic and innovative personalities for research and engineering study.

Campus

The Campus of the institute is located close to Village “Moti Bhoyan” and 24 km far from Ahmedabad city. The Institute offers the best of scholastic and physical framework for the students. The beautiful area of the campus provides an energizing environment where students can concentrate on their studies. The entire campus of GIT is Wi-Fi enabled.

Facilities

The Institution has 38 Classrooms, 6 departmental workshop rooms, 11 Tutorial Rooms, Computer center and Library. There is also a seminar Hall of around 250 limit capacity is available. The GIT has best in class research centers which are large and very much outfitted with every vital gear and instruments. There is a transportation facility for students and staff. The Institution has also canteen, ATM, open air theater and Sports’ Ground.
