College of Ayurveda & Research Centre offers academic education and training only in the medical field. The institution was formed in the year 1990 and is affiliated to Maharashtra University of Health Science. The institution is approved by Central Council of Indian Medicine, New Delhi.

The institution is situated in Nigdi, Pune. The campus has separate academic and student block and provides a perfect ambience to the students for their study and growth.
Facilities
Various necessary facilities are provided by the institution such as library which consists of books, journals, periodicals and project reports. The institution provides separate residential facilities for boys and girls along with the mess facility. The institution has fully furnished classrooms with the attachment of over-head projector and slide projector as teaching aids. It has a well-facilitated computer centre. Programmes
College of Ayurveda & Research Centre offers undergraduate and postgraduate course in the medical field. The institution offers undergraduate course in Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) and postgraduate course in Doctor of Medicine (MD) and Master of Surgery )MS) ayurveda. The duration of the BAMS course is four and a half years along with the compulsory rotational internship training of one year while the duration of the Doctor of Medicine (MD) and Master of Surgery )MS) ayurveda are three years.
