CMR Institute of Technology has been established in the year 2000 under the flagship of CMR Group of Institution promoted by the CMR Jananadhara Trust as a private and self-financed technical and management institution in Bangalore. The college is affiliated to the VTU (Visvesvaraya Technological University) and approved by the AICTE. The courses are accredited by the National Board of Accreditation.
