Chandra Bhanu Gupta Krishi Mahavidyalaya, Roodahi
Chandra Bhanu Gupta Krishi Mahavidyalaya, Roodahi was laid down by Mulayam Singh Yadav on 10th February, 1995 and now the college became agricultural degree college in state. The university is approved by UGC and affiliated to Lucknow University from 1 July, 2009 under the revised Uttar Pradesh University Act.
Campus
Chandra Bhanu Gupta Krishi Mahavidyalaya is situated in a pollution free rural environment at Lucknow-Sitapur-Delhi Highway (NH-24) at about 20 Km in the north from Charbagh Railway Station and in front of Bakshi Ka Talab railway station, connected with easily available rail and road transport. The college is also the centre for the development of farmers as several training programs are organized at this place.
Facilities
The college is equipped with all modern technologies, facilities like agricultural research farm, dairying, chemistry lab, computer lab, internet, library, hostel, canteen and mess, etc. Aggregating over 20 acres of land, the college has all others facilities in the campus. The laboratories of the college are equipped with all instruments necessary for the practical works.
Programmes
At present, the college offers courses of Honors in Bachelor of agriculture and Master in agriculture. The admission in the college for agriculture courses is taken through the entrance exam conducted by the college. The students, who wants admission, has to secure the rank in entrance exam and then apply on the application form, along all certificates. The college offers the following courses:

Placement
In the college there is an active training and placement cell which works for the development of students. It has effective placement records and many students have achieved reputed posts in Government and Non-Government sectors in the past few years.
